FAQ
Working with Torque
What does Torque do?
For sales, Torque builds an AI engine that finds the right prospects, researches each one and follows up every lead. For marketing, an AI engine that publishes in your company's voice every week. Built to run, with your team in control. Torque also trains leaders and teams to work with AI.
What does working with Torque look like?
Six steps, from a free 30-minute call to a running AI engine. See How we work above.
How long does it take?
The Torque Audit takes two weeks. A standard build takes around eight weeks after that, as an indication. A bespoke build gets its own timeline and price, agreed in the Torque Audit. During every build, your team gets a weekly update. We don't rush it: what we build is built to run, and AI Engine Care keeps it running.
Which areas does Torque work on?
Everything customer-facing: marketing, sales and customer service. Not HR, finance or legal.
Our company has fewer than 47 people. Can we work with Torque?
Probably not yet. Take the 2-minute AI check to see where you stand.
Cost and payment
How much does an AI engine cost?
Builds are €15,000 (Torque 150), €25,000 (Torque 250) or €50,000 (Torque 500). The Torque Audit is €2,500, free when you build with us within 30 days. Every standard price is on the pricing page. AI talks are priced on request.
How do payments work?
50% when you sign, 50% on delivery. Training works the same way: half to book, half when the sessions are done. Nothing starts before the first payment. AI Engine Care is billed monthly.
What does an AI engine cost to run?
It depends on volume. The Torque Audit gives you an estimate before you commit to a build.
Who pays the AI usage costs?
Every price excludes them. We set up the accounts in your name and you pay the AI provider directly, at cost. No mark-up. Like a car: we build the engine, you pay for the fuel, at the pump price.
Ownership and your team
Who owns what Torque builds?
What runs in your accounts is yours, and so is the AI usage: you pay the provider directly, at cost. Our templates and methods stay ours.
Will our team know how to run the AI engine?
Yes. Every build ends with your team trained to run it: how it works, how to get the most out of it, and what to do if something looks off.
Will AI replace our team?
No. Torque builds engines that take on the research, the follow-up and the publishing, so your team spends more time on the work it was hired for: judgment, relationships and decisions. Your people lead, AI does the rest.
Reliability
What happens if something breaks, for example at night?
Torque's AI engines are built to stop and alert rather than carry on with an error. With AI Engine Care, we fix what breaks.
What happens during an outage at a cloud or AI provider?
The AI engine pauses until the service is back. Because your team approves what goes out, nothing goes out half-finished.
How does Torque stay up to date?
AI changes every month. Torque's own engines run every day, so new models and tools get tested on our work first. With AI Engine Care, we move your AI engine to a new model within 30 days of a major release.
Why Torque
Why not build AI systems in-house?
Many companies under 500 people don't have the in-house expertise to hire and judge AI engineers, and building that team means recruiting, vetting and onboarding before anything runs. Torque brings that expertise from day one and already runs these engines on itself.
Who are Torque's clients?
Torque started in 2026 as part of Richeness Media, which has served 50+ clients since 2018. Torque runs its own marketing and sales on the engines it builds, and every client build is led by Rich personally.
